EU + Mercosur

Romania's position inside the European single market and Brazil's leadership within Mercosur create a natural commercial corridor. The forthcoming EU–Mercosur Association Agreement is expected to eliminate tariffs on 91% of bilateral trade flows over the coming decade — a structural opportunity for both economies.

Working with the Chamber

The Brazil–Romania Chamber of Commerce is the principal platform for companies entering, expanding, or formalising operations across both markets. The Consulate coordinates with the Chamber on high-level missions, sectoral roundtables, and the annual business reception held at the Embassy of Brazil.

For investors & companies

Companies seeking introductions, market intelligence, or institutional support are invited to contact the Consulate. Requests are evaluated in partnership with ApexBrasil, the Brasilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency.
